Ski Cuisine runs 6 chalets all based in Meribel, the heart of the Three Valleys. With emphasis on providing our guests with lovely chalets for their winter holiday and serving them with delicious food and friendly hosts makes the perfect combination for a chalet holiday.

What makes your company different from the competition?

We are based exclusively in Meribel and most of our chalets are in a prime location, either ski in, ski out or close to Meribel centre and the main lift station.

With a great collection of chalets and a team that we hand pick ourselves ensures that our guests have the best holiday possible and we know that our staff are key to providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests.

Many of our guests and staff return to Ski Cuisine each season which proves that we really care about our guests and the team looking after them in resort!

Why are you a good company to work for or train with?

We love the mountains too! Being a small team means we can really take care of our staff. We are on hand to provide pre season training and support through out the season and being a long established chalet operator with over 23 years experience of running chalets in Meribel allows us to pass on our knowledge of the resort and business to our team. We appreciate that running chalets can be hard work and will ensure that our staff get well rewarded for their hard work and enjoy their season to the full.
